Any misrepresentation may result in service termination without refund. 4. Eligibility & Account Registration To use our services, you must: 🔹 Be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts. 🔹 Provide accurate business and personal information during registration. 🔹 Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. 📢 AB Slate reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts found engaging in fraudulent activities. 5. Third-Party Integrations & Software Dependencies Our HR automation, payroll, and lead nurturing solutions may integrate with third-party applications. 🔹 AB Slate is not responsible for downtime, errors, or disruptions caused by third-party vendors. 🔹 Any third-party fees or licenses required are the client’s responsibility. 12. Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance 12.1 Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. 12.2 Dispute Resolution In case of disputes: ✅ Clients must first attempt resolution via written communication to legal@abslate.com. ✅ If unresolved within 30 days, parties may opt for mediation or arbitration. Legal disputes shall be handled in courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. 13. Force Majeure AB Slate is not liable for service delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: 🔹 Natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations. 🔹 Cyberattacks, third-party service disruptions, power failures.
